Description

This is a retainer for a commercial photography session.
Commercial Photography rates are $250 per hour.
All work provided by the photographer will be billed at this rate including: the session, photographers travel, calls, emails, and image processing and any and all work provided to the client.
All monies pre paid are non refundable.
Final payment will be billed and must be paid before final images are delivered.
Client has the option to come and proof the images in Benton, AR prior to delivery. In the event the client is dissatisfied a reshoot will be offered and all images from the first session will be destroyed. If the client approves the images the client will make the final payment before any images are delivered.
Client may opt to skip the proofing session and have the images delivered via Email/ gallery download. If the client opts out of the proofing appointment they waive the right to a reshoot.
Client may provide the photographer a USB drive and the photographer will copy high resolution files to the drive.
Once images are delivered the photographer is not obligated to retain copies or provide future copies to the client.
Once the files are delivered all sales are final. No cancellations, refunds or exchanges.
Photographer maintains image copyright and will provide a license for the client to use the images for commercial purposes of a dog breeding business and website owned by the client.
Images may not be sold nor transferred to a third party.
Your payment of this retainer constitutes your agreement to these terms.
